I bough a Mac Mini M1 in January and this is the first occasion I have needed to scan a document and send it to the Mac. It now appears that the Canon driver for the MG5250 does not allow scans to Big Sur 11.5.1, however, it does print. Why cannot I do a scan?
Also the USB port on the back is non standard to say the least. I threw out my cable that would have fitted it when Noah was a lad.
